Ashanti Shequoiya, better popularly known as Ashanti, is a popular American singer and actress. She is a singer and actress who hails from in the United States. Ashanti, a teenage performer, songwriter and actress from the United States had her name signed by Murder Inc. Records to record in 2002. In the same year, she was featured as a guest on the Fat Joe's What's Luv?
